All wines sold through Eleanor comes from the Châteaux or well-known Negociant partners.

What are the payment terms?

Livrables : Payment before collection through bank transfer.

Who guarantees my purchase(s)?

Eleanor carries responsibility of the delivery of any ‘en primeur’ and ‘livrables’ purchases until the moment of collection. The commercial invoice applies as guarantee.

Do I get my desired quantities?

Wines are available upon approval of the Chateau/Negociant(s). Within 12 hours (excluding weekends, holidays and national holidays) we will inform you about the availability of the desired wines.
